Child Dedicaiton
Posted by: | CommentsWe have our Child Dedication service this Sunday. We have re-written what we are doing for this. We have transformed this into it’s own service. I’m really excited about it! Here’s a little video I worked on today (with www.animoto.com)
KidJam
Posted by: | CommentsTonight was KidJam. I know I had a fun night. Here are some pictures of the evening.
We had some singing and moving:
And then Jack Hazard made his entrance as Individuality Man
Then some more singing and dancin’.

We also got to see Jack Hazard eat without his hands. He got a little help from an assistant.
Then grnadma …. ummmmm. I mean Vinny was on stage.
And it all worked out in the end.
Red Robin
Posted by: | CommentsLast night I was twisting balloons at Red Robin (I’m there the 1st & 3rd Tuesday’s) and I had one of my “regular” customers ask for a special balloon.
Side note – I just love the fact that I have “regular” customer’s. There are a handful of people who come in every Tuesday night that I am there. How do I know – I ask them!!! It’s great that these families come in on just the nights I’m there. That’s what I’m there for – to bring smiles to people’s faces which hopefully will bring them back for more Red Robin food!
Anyway, one of my “regulars” asked me to make her Red. Red is the mascot that is there on Kid’s Nights – Tuesday evenings. So I did!
Here’s what I made her.
It’s tough to tell in the picture, but Red is normally wearing a blue vest. Red was decked out for Fall in a hunting outfit last night, but I made my balloon Red in the normal fashion.
A fun night!

KidStuf Today
Posted by: | CommentsToday at KidStuf, John (my oldest) was on the Jump Team (this is a team of teens and pre-teens that we have that lead the motions during our songs). He’s a great kid and one of the things I absolutely love about him is that he really gets into worship. He really has a good time! He’s not always on-beat, but he always has fun! And that makes it an enjoyment to see him up front helping others in worship.
Way to go buddy!!!
